MY FAVORITE SONG

17 Mar

 White lips, pale face

 Breathing in snowflakes

 Burnt lungs, sour taste

Light’s gone, day’s end

 Struggling to pay rent

Long nights, strange men

 And they say

She’s in the Class A Team

Stuck in her daydream

Been this way since eighteen

 But lately her face seems

Slowly sinking, wasting

Crumbling like pastries

And they scream

The worst things in life come free to us

Cause we’re just under the upper hand

And go mad for a couple grams

And she don’t want to go outside tonight

And in a pipe she flies to the Motherland

Or sells love to another man

 It’s too cold outside

 For angels to fly

Angels to fly

RODERICK AND MADELINE USHER

3 Mar

Roderick and Madeline Usher are really diffent. First, the most obvious difference is that Roderick is a man, he is the head of the house, and Madeline, she is a woman. Both of them have pale skin and they look like ghosts. Roderick is very talkative, while Madeline is really shy, she doesn´t speak one Word throughout the story. Both are mentally ill. At some párt of the story, Roderick says he shares a strong connection with Madeline. They have an important connection with their house, and the house is compared a lot like them, they are weird and look ill and the house is described as scary and that has an odd look. The house has dark walls and that’s a lot like Roderick and Madeline. They are both friends with the narrator.
