He explains how he thinks she is really beautiful and he describes how she behaves. This guy gives a facial description of the girl and how she acts in the cold environment. He describes the girl as beng an angel.

The repetitio of the chorus makes it easier to memorize the song and it improves the meaning because the autor keeps on reminding that the girl is beautiful.
